Learning how to structure the systems and tools you use to manage your business. This type of training can help you create a business that works for you rather than one you work for.
7) Accountability - The biggest benefit to using a small business coach is accountability. They can hold you accountable for the plans you develop for growing your business. Many times it is easy for us as small business owners to led deadlines slide. Having someone keep us accountable is a great job of a small business coach.
