I know the title of this sounds pretty impressive. Can you learn to double your profits in under 8 minutes? The video is 12 minutes long but the first three are testimonials about how great the speaker is.
Before you watch the video I want you to think about small incremental changes. I mean 1 or 2% improvements. Do you think that such small changes could drive a significant profit improvement?
It will only take a few minutes to learn the method he uses to double company profits. None of them involve more than just small incremental improvements. Can you improve parts of your business by just 2%?
I think we all realize that small improvements can be done.
Now that you have watched the video, think about what this can do for your personal life as well?
Just a 1% improvement in time utilization can free up nearly 4 days a year. Think you could benefit from an extra weeks vacation?
If you earn an extra 1% in the stock market it can mean hundreds of thousands of dollars over your lifetime.
The key to implementing this process is to have processes, to measure the results and have a systematic method of testing and improving them.
So when you think about your wealth, your business, your investments... do you have a process? Is it documented? Do you measure the results?
We see the results but do we actively measure it?
On the walls at a company I worked for many years ago there was a really cool quote. If you don't measure it you are only practicing. Are you practicing in your business or are you actively testing and improving?
