Main Street Marketing

by Scott on April 26, 2010

It is said that Main Street USA powers the economy.  Most businesses are not the super huge conglomerates we see on TV and hear about in radio and newspapers.  They are small by most accounts.  They may be only 1 or 2 people in the company.  The vast majority of them have less than 50 people employed.

Yet they still power our economy.  When Main Street is doing well, the economy does well.  One of the difficulties that a small business has is that you have to be good at everything.  Well you have to be good at it or good at finding someone to do it for you.  Most small business owners are technicians.  They are really good at doing something.  HVAC repair guys can do things that I would never understand.

Diesel mechanics, house painters, even doctors and lawyers qualify.  They are mostly small business owners.  They are really good at doing something but usually not good at marketing.  Most people aren't very good at marketing.  It is a skill set that takes some experience and practise.

Plus the majority of it involves learning new ideas and tools that take time to learn.  So any time you are spending in learning marketing is time not spent earning money by doing what you are good at.  Well I have found a system that seems to create marketers that can focus on helping Main Street business people grow their business and focus on doing what they are good at.  I haven't reviewed the whole course but other things I have seen offered by Mike are top quality.
