I know a lot of business owners whose personality is why the business is unique. Frank Kern definitely brings it to Mass Control. Mark Joyner does an excellent job bringing his personality into Simpleology.com as well

When we our business personality and our own personality are more tightly integrated, it is easier for our passion to be seen and understood.

I think it's always important to remember to be unique in business. Carve your niche and own it...but don't get so stuck in what your doing that you can't intertwine your personality and tastes into the business. By having your own style you will not blend in with the rest.
